Give A Workout ("the Service") lets fitness trainers ("Trainers," "you") build workout plans for their clients and share them via a link that clients can open without creating an account. Trainers may attach exercise demo videos, either by linking to YouTube or uploading their own video files.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Trainer account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at the contact address below if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
New Trainer accounts get a 7-day free trial. After the trial, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription, currently $10/month, billed automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details ourselves.
You keep ownership of the workout plans, client names, and videos you upload ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you give us a limited license to store, host, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service — for example, showing a client their workout when they open their link.
You're responsible for Your Content and confirm that:
Workout links are accessible to anyone who has the link, without a login, identified by a hard-to-guess address rather than a password. Treat these links as you would any shared document — don't post them somewhere public if the contents should stay private. We aren't responsible for access resulting from a link being shared or exposed by you or your client.
Don't use the Service to store or share unlawful, abusive, or infringing content; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or scrape, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product.
The Service relies on third-party providers to operate — including Supabase (database, authentication, video storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and YouTube (video embeds, where a Trainer links to a YouTube video). Your use of embedded YouTube content is also subject to YouTube's own terms and privacy practices.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against all possible threats.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Give A Workout will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any amount exceeding the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, we will delete your account data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain it (for example, billing records).
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active Trainers (for example, by email). Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland.
